What You’re Missing: “... the Edinburgh Fringe Festival is just about to start, and like last year – I'm not going to be there ...” 

Hey, how you been? Hope you’re doing alright, and aren’t too traumatized by all of the frankly horrendous stuff currently happening in The World ™.  I’m currently sitting by my living room window. It’s sunny today in London, so I’ve got this little rechargeable desk fan that I bought online blowing sort of cold air onto the side of my face. It isn’t really built for home use, but unfortunately, I live in a country where air conditioning isn’t socially normalized. Yet again, America beats us. A van just passed by with the slogan ‘Perky Blenders’ on the side of it, which is a coffee shop I have seen in London but never dared to go into. I think the Peaky Blinderification currently going on in the UK needs to be stamped immediately.
