During the funeral yesterday, during one of the priests solemn speeches, I kept hearing a light bump against the glass walls of the modern crematorium. It turned out to be a roaming duck who had been running into the windows all morning. After the service, me and my little cousin saw it with our own eyes - running into the side of the building, like a fly stuck in a bottle. The ducks were a family, and it was super cute seeing them all waddling together as we entered - but they might not be completely fulfilling their purpose to calm mourners, if they end up smashing their tiny little duck heads through the windows of the crematorium.
